NASREEN AKHTER

Nasreen is the founding director and head of the Wills, Trusts, and Probate team at Ash Hill Solicitors.  She advises on all aspect of Wills, Trusts, Probate, Lasting Power of Attorney, Care Home fees mitigation, Court of Protection and contested Probate.  Additionally, as an accredited civil and commercial mediator her intention is always to resolve disputes swiftly. 

Nasreen was inspired to practice private client law due to her fascination with a subject that touches people’s lives in so many ways.  She is often consulted when there is a difficulty in the family, whether that be not knowing how to go about distributing assets, advising vulnerable clients, or supporting them through bereavement. Her intention is always to help her clients.

Nasreen is a proud mother of four children and enjoys going to the gym regularly.  She is also passionate about contributing to the community and acts as chair and trustee for Happy Orphans Worldwide.
